Started in the year 1965 by Mr. Bharat Dipchand Shah, the foundation bricks of the company were laid down with the help of valuable advice received from a benefactor who urged the young businessman to start his business in Tool and Alloy Steels, instead of TMT Steel Bars. The firm started with stocking and importing of Tool and Alloy Steels products and later graduated into supply and distribution. Once established, there was no looking back.  Subsequently, the reins of the business were then handed onto the next generation entrepreneur, Mr. Aashish Bharat Shah whose passion and expertise in the field took the company to the next level.  The company has since then grown  into a multi-crore business, having footprints, PAN India. Capacity and capability to always innovate and embrace new technology has helped the company survive cut throat competition in the market.

Ventura Alloy & Steels, trade in a wide spectrum of Tool and Alloy Steels segment products which include Cold Work Tool Steels, Hot Work Tool Steels, Spring Steels, Die Block Steels, Alloy Steels, and Plastic Mould Steels. Our company stocks best in class products, which are wear and tear resistant and have dimensional accuracy.

Over the years, Ventura Alloy and Steels have been providing quality industrial raw material to various industries, ranging from Forging, Extrusion & Engineering Companies to Automotive Plants to Petrochemicals Plants. To fulfil diverse bulk demands of clients efficiently, the company has incorporated a modern infrastructure system which includes warehousing and packaging facilities.

Aashish Bharat Shah holds a Diploma in Business Finance, has rich industry experience and knowledge and puts in all efforts to catalyst the company to the next level. Taking over the company’s responsibilities from his father Mr. Bharat Dipchand Shah, Aashish has been successful in bringing in a modern outlook, to provide the best value proposition in terms of cost and quality taking Ventura Alloy and Steels to the next level. His passion for success is what drives him to go beyond the ordinary to identify ways and means to give his clients what they are looking for.  His firm belief in loyalty and integrity goes a long way in acquiring goodwill and esteemed clients for the company.

With a Masters’ in Business Administration specialising in International Business, Poonam Shah develops marketing strategies for Ventura to ensure increase in business opportunities and ensure brand consistency. With a vision to bring Ventura Alloy and Steels on the Global Map, Poonam is responsible for the implementation of strategic and operational decisions of the company and adopts and integrates company best practices for smooth functioning and growth.
